Brew King’s Sherry kit combines two possibilities in one, allowing the creation of either Cream Sherry or Dry Sherry styles:

Cream Sherry is rich and smooth, with the body of a fine liqueur. Produced from lusciously sweet selected grapes, it is excellent with desserts or snacks.

Dry Sherry is a well-balanced, straw-coloured sherry in the style of the great finos. Served chilled, it is a crisp, dry delight - the ideal aperitif.

Cab Franc Icewine ( 10 - )
Sweet and rich, almost syrupy in texture, with rose and salmon tints, Cabernet Franc Icewine entices with irresistible aromas and flavours: ripe currants, notes of spice, honey, strawberry, tart rhubarb and cranberry . Icewine shows best when it is chilled but not cold. The ideal temperature is 10-12 degrees Celsius.
